Item availability and ready delivery
Availability is indicated on each product page. If you see "Add to cart", the product can be ordered. Items marked as "Ready for Delivery" are shipped immediately; for others, estimated times are specified on the page.
Shopping Cart management (Adding or removing products)
Adding a product is simple: select your options and click "ADD TO CART". There is no obligation to purchase, and you can remove items at any time before payment.
Low prices and price variations
Our prices are competitive thanks to our direct relationship with manufacturers. Prices may vary over time due to limited-time promotions or supplier price updates.
Bulk discounts and custom quotes
If you need to purchase large quantities of the same item or require a major supply, please contact our customer service before completing your order to receive a personalized quote and dedicated pricing.
Payment methods and card security
We accept Credit Cards (secured by Stripe and PayPal), Bank Transfer (with a 2% discount), Scalapay, and Cash on Delivery. If your card is declined, please check your spending limits or contact your bank. All prices include VAT.
Installment payments (Scalapay and PayPal)
We offer payments in 3 or 4 installments with Scalapay and in 3 installments with PayPal, for amounts up to €2,000.00. Installments are due monthly, starting from the day of purchase.
Cash on Delivery (Payment upon delivery)
Available with a 5% surcharge. For orders over €200, a 20% deposit via bank transfer is required.
Order modification or phone orders
Shipping times and tracking
2-4 days for items ready for delivery and 7-20 days for custom or made-to-order products. You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is shipped.
Delivery to floor and unloading goods
Standard delivery is curbside. If the package is bulky, assistance upon arrival is highly recommended. Delivery to your apartment floor is available upon request:

Missed delivery or delivery days
The courier makes two delivery attempts on working days (Mon-Fri). If you are not available, the goods will be held in storage at the local depot.

Right of Return (Timing and refunds)
You can make a return within 14 calendar days from delivery. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after verifying that the goods are intact.
