Ho acquistato per la prima volta un mobile carrello e sono rimasta veramente molto soddisfatta. Tempi di consegna rispettati, imballaggio perfetto ma come sappiamo i corrieri non sono attentissimi e quindi avendo preso un colpo una ruotina è arrivata danneggiata. Comunicato l’accaduto mi hanno tempestivamente contattata e inviate le foto, come richiesto, per accertare ovviamente il danno, hanno messo immediatamente due ruotine di ricambio in consegna che mi sono arrivate proprio stamattina. Nulla da aggiungere, semplicemente altamente professionali. Consigliatissimo!
