Spreading board in birch wood for traditional doughs with edge.The pastry board is the utensil that could not be missing in the kitchens of our grandmothers.
Ideal for kneading and rolling out any type of dough with a rolling pin.
It is mainly used to make pasta at home, but also in the professional field.
The peculiarity of the pastry board is the temperature of the material on which the dough is created which, compared to other materials commonly used in the kitchen, has a higher temperature which favors leavening even during the dough. In the lower part there is a 1 cm border that blocks the pastry board on the table.
